HCMC Self Service Tool

NowPow

Business need: HCMC was creating a tool for people in need to self service resources in their surrounding areas.  This is an application on an iPad within HCMC hospital.  

My role: UX Design; Wireframes, IA, Interaction Design and UI Design.  I worked with the HCMC business and researchers to understand the business needs and use cases.  First, we completed rounds of wireframe iterations, then moved into low fidelity prototypes with NowPow patterns and components lightly applied, along with brand style guides. After business iterations, researchers took the prototype for user testing.  They gathered results and we collaborated on multiple rounds based off of testing findings.  We then repeated the process with another round of user testing and iterations.  Designs were polished into a high-fidelity prototype and handed off for development.
